Live Music

Bands, musicians, solos, duos and singers — curated and produced to fit your room and your brand.

Live Music

The right sound for every moment

From a solo acoustic ceremony set to a full band that fills a festival field, we curate and musically direct live music that matches your audience and energy.

We represent and produce featured artists — including Echo, Malia Love and Motive — and handle everything from backline and sound to musical direction.

Booking a live band or DJ in Toronto or the GTA starts with your event date, room size and the vibe you want — from an acoustic wedding ceremony in Whitchurch-Stouffville to a full festival stage in downtown Toronto.

Live music production covers more than putting a performer on a stage. We handle musical direction (deciding set order, energy arc and transitions), backline (amps, drum kits, monitors and DI boxes), front-of-house sound tuned to the specific room, and set curation matched to your guest list — a corporate cocktail hour needs a different set than a wedding reception dance floor. Because the same team runs your sound and books your talent, there is no gap between what the band needs and what the AV system provides.

We work across every format: full bands with horn sections, acoustic duos for ceremonies, solo pianists for cocktail hours, singer-songwriters, MCs who can also perform, and DJs who read a room and adjust in real time. Every act is auditioned and produced by Sheldon personally before being booked to a client event — not pulled from an unvetted directory.

Client Questions

What people ask about Live Music

How far in advance should I book a live band in Toronto?

Popular dates (spring/summer weddings, December corporate parties) can book out 3-6 months ahead. Solo and duo acts often have more flexibility closer to the date.

Can you provide both a ceremony musician and a reception band?

Yes — many clients book an acoustic duo or soloist for a ceremony and a full band or DJ for the reception, all coordinated as one booking with one point of contact.

Do you supply the sound equipment, or do we need our own?

We supply backline, monitors and front-of-house sound as part of the booking, sized to your venue — no separate AV rental needed.

Quick Answers

Live Music FAQ

Can you hire a technical director, DJ or performers for my event?

Absolutely. We provide technical direction plus DJs, MCs, bands, singers and specialty performers for corporate, wedding and festival events across the GTA, all matched to your brand and integrated with the production.

How do we get started, and how far in advance should we book?

Reach out with your event details and target date. We will have a discovery conversation, then come back with a plan, a creative direction and a budget. For festivals and concerts we recommend booking 3-6 months ahead; corporate and wedding AV can often be arranged faster.

Do you handle wedding AV and entertainment?

Yes — ceremony sound, live bands or DJs, uplighting and dance-floor production, all coordinated as one seamless run-of-show alongside your other wedding vendors.
