Three ways to engage a producer

Choose how much you want to hand over. Whether you need a co-producer who shares the risk, a project manager who runs your plan, or a creative director who designs the show — you get one accountable partner for events across Toronto and the GTA.

ROLE 01

Event Co-Producer

Assisting clients on the entire production from start to finish — including financing.

I share the vision and the risk, steering budget, logistics, talent and delivery end to end so your event is fully realized.

ROLE 02

Project Manager

Taking a client's idea and vision and bringing it to life.

You bring the concept — I run the plan: timelines, vendors, technical direction and on-site execution, on budget and on cue.

ROLE 03

Creative Director

The client uses my vision to execute the purpose of their event.

When you want a signature look and feel, I design the creative — staging, show flow, lighting and the moments that land.

Tell me the event — I’ll recommend the role

Most clients start with a conversation about the goal and the budget. From there I’ll suggest whether you need a co-producer, a project manager or a creative director — and what each would cost.

Whichever role you choose, the technical AV and the live entertainment stay coordinated under one production plan — no separate vendors to reconcile on show day.

What each role actually means day-to-day

Event Co-Producer

The most hands-on role. We are involved from the very first budget conversation through financing options, vendor contracts, talent booking, technical planning and on-site delivery. This suits clients who want a true partner sharing the operational and creative load — not just a hired vendor executing a brief.

Project Manager

You already have the concept — maybe even some vendors booked. We step in to run the plan: building the master timeline, coordinating every vendor against it, managing the technical direction, and being the single point of contact on-site so you are not fielding fifteen vendor calls on the day.

Creative Director

You want a specific, elevated look and feel but do not need production management. We design the staging, lighting, show flow and key moments — the creative vision — while you or your existing team manage logistics.

Quick Answers

How We Work — FAQ

How much does event AV and entertainment cost in Toronto?

Every event is scoped to its goals, guest count, venue and production level, so pricing is custom. Share your date, venue and vision and you will get a clear, itemized quote covering AV, talent and production management for your Toronto or GTA event.

How do we get started, and how far in advance should we book?

Reach out with your event details and target date. We will have a discovery conversation, then come back with a plan, a creative direction and a budget. For festivals and concerts we recommend booking 3-6 months ahead; corporate and wedding AV can often be arranged faster.

What is the difference between a Co-Producer, Project Manager and Creative Director?

A Co-Producer shares the full production and its financing with you; a Project Manager runs the plan you have already set; a Creative Director designs the show's look and feel. Most clients start with a conversation and we recommend the right fit.
